In this second video in a four part series, Frances Widdowson discusses the second thing that needs to happen for Canadian democracy to be restored. In addition to honesty returning at academic institutions, Widdowson calls upon governments to be transparent. This is especially pertinent with respect to the case of the Kamloops "215", because Blacklock's Reporter has requested 576 pages that will reveal the discussions between the government and the Kamloops Indian Band about the excavations that were paid for with $12.1 million in public funds.
