This was taken in the Braums parking lot located just east of Bryant and Memorial Road in Edmond, OK. Main show starts at 0:57 I included the tone noise to activate/deactivate the siren. I was also monitoring the 147.135 (K5EOK) repeater (EARS). That is what you heard in the beginning.
