Click on the "THIS PC" ICON or OPEN the CONTROL PANEL ICON ON THE DESKTOP OF YOUR COMPUTER

Click on "Ease of Access."

In the left-hand menu, click on "Keyboard."

In the right-hand menu, turn on the toggle switch for "On-Screen Keyboard."
