This is a VIDEO INTRODUCTION to a very simple, but detailed GITHUB tutorial (https://github.com/malina-dva/RNA-seq...) for initial RNA-seq data processing, including steps for RNA-seq data normalization and clustering.
No advanced bioinformatics skills are required.
I have included the first three steps of the tutorial in the video, describing the ways of downloading packages, setting working directory and downloading the input data files from the github repository.
