Being alone with God and having a peaceful time together in regular basic will improve our relationship. Thanking God and ask His protection for night will give us peace and sound sleep at night. True Joy and True happiness can only come from God. With God's help we can generate Joy and Happiness during hard times.

Sleep peacefully, God watches over you, May you hear the gentle voice of God "Rest in my love tonight, wake refreshed in My light tomorrow", May Heavenly protection surrounds you as you sleep, and May Jesus' peace be your guardian tonight.
