It's a powerful metaphor of His presence and power! Make your own with this prayer and blessing and use it to protect, consecrate (to dedicate), and cleanse your family and home!
Pray over your oil:
Lord thank you for this oil and for the symbol of your healing and protection and for allowing us to use it in faith. I ask that you bless it and set it apart for Your holy purposes. Remove all impurities from this oil and anoint it with Your Holy Spirit, your power and presence, to bring glory to Jesus’ name.
Wherever this oil is applied, let sickness and infirmities be broken and health restored. Let this oil represent Your peace and deliverance, let it be a symbol of Your healing power, cleansing and protection. Breaking through any darkness and canceling any plans from enemy. Consecrate any person or home this oil touches, protecting them from all harm in your mighty name.
I trust in You Lord, not oil. I dedicate this oil to be used as representation of Your glory, blessings and power! In your mighty name, thank you Jesus. Amen
