Hotel Demolished in Jaipur’s Posh Area — Owners Clash With Police, Alleging Political Misuse!

राजस्थान की राजधानी जयपुर के पॉश इलाके मालवीय नगर सेक्टर-9 में आज बड़ा हादसा टल गया, लेकिन उसके बाद शुरू हुई बड़ी कार्रवाई और बड़ा विवाद।
एक निर्माणाधीन 5-मंजिला होटल (G+4) को ध्वस्त कर दिया गया, और इसके बाद मालिकों व पुलिस के बीच तीखी झड़प देखने को मिली।

पूरा मामला सुबह तब सामने आया जब होटल बेसमेंट के पास खुदाई के दौरान इमारत में दरारें आ गईं और होटल एक दिशा में खतरनाक तरीके से झुक गया। मौके पर अफरा-तफरी मच गई। हादसे की आशंका को देखते हुए दो क्रेन लगाकर इमारत को सपोर्ट दिया गया — और इसके तुरंत बाद जेडीए की डिमॉलिशन टीम सक्रिय हुई।

मालिकों का आरोप है —

“इसमें राजनीति की पावर का इस्तेमाल हुआ है। हमारे पास नगर निगम की अनुमति है, ₹1 लाख 25 हज़ार जमा कराया था। लेकिन आज बिना नोटिस, बिना लीगल टीम, होटल को अवैध बताकर गिरा दिया गया।”

वहीं जेडीए का दावा बिल्कुल अलग है।
जोन-1 के तहसीलदार शिवांग शर्मा ने बयान दिया —

“रेजिडेंशियल ज़ोन में बिना अनुमति कॉमर्शियल होटल बनाया गया था, जो नियमों के खिलाफ है।”

जेडीए डिप्टी इंफोर्समेंट ऑफिसर इस्माइल खान ने भी साफ कहा —

“इस निर्माण के लिए प्राधिकरण से किसी प्रकार की अनुमति नहीं ली गई थी। यह पूरी तरह अवैध था।” Owners Claim “We Had Permission!” — Yet Hotel Demolished in Jaipur Posh Locality!
