Frozen Burritos Casserole
Frozen burritos (any kind)
Enchiladas sauce red or green
Mexican blend cheese
Any garnish you like
Preheat oven to 375° F.
Arrange the frozen burritos onto the bottom of a greased baking dish.
Pour a little enchilada sauce in the bottom of a greased pan and arrange the frozen burritos pour the remaining sauce over top and bake for about 35-45 minutes covered with lid or foil until 165° F.
Remove from the oven and evenly sprinkle with cheese.Place the dish back in the oven for about 3-5 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Top with any garnish you like.
