Today’s video is a slow summer day in Missouri—with sunshine, blackberry-stained jeans, gravel roads, and country music in the background. It's not a how-to... it’s a “come hang out with me” kind of day.

I take a peaceful drive out to the farm, talk about some tender things (including losing my brother), soak in the beauty of this place I call home, pick blackberries in the heat (in jeans, no less), and later make lemon blackberry pound cake and jam—with a pot that was definitely too small (oops). There’s laughter, music, and a little mess—just real life, the way it is when it’s honest and unpolished.
