The Old RAILWAY STATION at WEST GRINSTEAD | West Sussex

I’m in West Sussex and having a look around a Former Railway Station which was on The Steyning Line and served the Village of West Grinstead until the Axe fell in 1966 due to the infamous Beeching Cuts. Now part of The Downs Link National Trail, the Local Parish Council have erected a Replica Station Sign as well as an old Railway Signal and a Mark 1 Coach placed on Rails in the former Goods Yard. I then travel just down the Road to St George’s Church before Lunch at The Windmill Inn at Partridge Green.
