This video is about whether or not private servers of Ragnarok Online are legal. Long story short: in most countries, private servers are NOT legal. It doesn't matter if they use an emulator, if they refrain from using the name "ragnarok", or even if they use classic configurations. But something can only be legal or illegal given a constitution. In other words, private servers are illegal only in countries that respect and enforce copyrights from South Korea. So, maybe in some country out there, it is not illegal to have a private server. Laws vary according to countries.
