For over 30 years, Dr. Mike Goddard has had a passion for working with youth. Dr. Goddard graduated from Allen High School in Allen, Texas. He was a three-sport letterman in football (quarterback), basketball, track, and President of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. In 2015, he was inducted into the Allen ISD Athletic Hall of Honor. He is a Nationally Certified Trainer for Vital Smarts - Crucial Conversations and Crucial Accountability, Certified Jon Gordon Power of Positive Leadership Coach, and an Internationally Certified John Maxwell Speaker, Trainer, and Coach. He is a highly sought-after keynote speaker and often speaks at national and regional conferences. Dr. Goddard began his role as PCA School System Superintendent in the spring of 2021. Dr. Goddard previously served as Superintendent for Lovejoy ISD and Red Oak ISD.
