Storyline:
Daniel Bryan use to get attacked by the shield when they use to work for triple h and Stephanie. But after the shield find out they are just being used by the McMahon's, they stop working for them. But that doesn't sit to well with triple h, so he starts attacking them along with Daniel Bryan.
Since the shield have unfinished business with Triple h they help out Bryan when he is getting attacked on raw one day. This make Brie happy even though she can't forget all those bad time when the shield use to attack her husband.
Ambrose later finds her to make sure she is okay, and promises since they are both having trouble with the McMahon's and fighting the same battle, that he will be there to help now.
Especially when Bryan gets hurt.
Ambrose and brie start to get close, but brie really likes him as a friend. however Bryan thinks it might be more then that, including Ambrose.
Even though Brie and Ambrose fight sometime she knows Ambrose will always be there when she needs him.

But their friendship doesn't sit well with Bryan and he wants them to stop seeing each other.
But this just drives ambrose even more insane and brie has to come into the ring and calm him down. Even though Daniel doesn't like it at all.
But when Brie notices that Ambrose is getting too unstable even for her. She realizes even though she likes him so much she will have to let him go in order to save her marriage.
So she decides with bryan one evening to just not see him ever again. Which breaks Ambrose even more.
Being attacked and beat down every raw was nothing compared to this hollowness he feels in that empty parking lot.
