Sven-Olof Sandberg sings the beautiful folk tune Ack Värmeland du sköna. This Odeon shellac comes from my collection of 78rpms and is played with an Electrola grammophone from the 1930s. This is the long version of the song, which includes not only the verses about the women from Värmland but also the ones about the Värmland-boys, "proud and happy", who would defend their home, even against "a 1000 Russians".
