Suzuki Intruder VS1400: Install Fork Covers by ZR TEC - Rebuild Part 8

How to install the Fork Covers by ZR-TEC on to a Suzuki VS1400 Intruder. There are no fixings or nuts and bolts needed on these fork covers, they are just plug and play.
We need to remove the front brake from the disk and drop the forks out of the triple tree but that is it. We can then re-install the forks as you normally would but, this time, with the fork covers in place.

This is the biggest project I have taken on, The bike will be completely stripped down to the frame, the engine will be removed for new piston rings to be installed, the wiring harness is going to be rewired and the entire bike overhauled, ready for spring 2020....I hope.
