I have discussed in this video that if any public officer is reluctant to do any lawful act which he is under obligation to do then the aggrieved person can file a writ in the High Court for direction to the public officer about the discharge of that public duties. the public officer cannot deny to do any legal act which he is under obligation to do. the constitution of Pakistan gives the right to every citizen to get remedy under the law. the writ of mandamus is one of the procedure for getting the remedy against any public officer from the High Court.
