Today I wanna share the easy way to bake Souffle cheesecake. My kids can eat 3 times in a week! They always said mommy please bake the ‘airy cloud’ cake please!😅 You need to eat it while still warm to feel the texture that will melt in your mouth!

Ingredients 材料
4 inches mould 4吋烤模
Cream cheese 100g 奶油乳酪100克
Sugar 5g 糖5克
Fresh milk 60ml 鲜奶60ml
Cake flour 15g 低筋面粉15克
1 Egg yolk 蛋黄1个
1 Egg white 蛋白1个
Sugar 30g 糖30克
