There aren’t that many airlines that fly turboprop aircraft. Cebu Pacific’s subsidiary cebgo is an exception. Their all ATR 72 fleet operates short flights on the domestic and regional network. The ATR has a 2-2 layout and offers only 68-78 seats.
We flew the Cebu Pacific ATR 72 between Cebu City and Manila. It was a nice flight, but the seat comfort isn’t that great.
