How It Works (Human Tetris)
A massive game cube rolls up, opens up, and reveals a cut-out shape. The task is super simple: mimic that shape with your body before the timer runs out.
How to Play
Keep your eyes glued to the screen. As soon as the cube opens, the countdown starts. You’ve got just a few seconds to strike the perfect pose. Nailed it? You clear the level and move on. Missed it? Chill — a new shape pops up right away.
Available Moves:
Squats
Jumps with arms and legs spread
Side dodges
Running in place
Light hops
Everything syncs to the beat of music and cool visuals — for an energetic and fun full-body warm-up.
