A door to the seekers
To the city of knowledge
Man kunto maula said Nabi Kareem
Emphasized again, “Ali is from me and I from Ali”

عَلِيٌّ مِنِّي وَأَنَا مِنْ عَلِيٍّ،

Heavenly beings singing in delight
Swirling around and around
Singing, in chorus and unison

Dara dil-e dara dil-e dar-e daani.
Hum tum tanana nana, nana nana ray
Yalali yalali yala, yalayala ray


Born in the Kaaba
Lips sweetened by the lips
Of one made of light
Making him the master of eloquent speech

The Superman of the ages
His wisdom and intellect
Soaring above the heads of the elites
Like a royal falcon, full of majesty and awe
Joined by his brother, the shaheed Jaafar At Tayaar


Conqueror of khaibar,
Without fear or hesitation
Lying in the bed of Mustafa
As he took siddiq for the migration

Married to the best of ladies
With the most honorable of children
Who rode on the back of a most excellent stead
His end as magnificent as his birth
Martyred in prayer in Ramadhan


These 5 illuminate the heavens and the earths
Salvation Assured for those who love them
Compared to Noah’s ark by rasool Mustafa

Love for them is love for the beloved
Love for the beloved is love of Allah
Love for Allah is success beyond compare
