Joe Navarro spent a quarter century with the FBI, pursuing spies and other dangerous criminals and specialising in non-verbal communications, and is now a lecturer and consultant for major companies worldwide. He has appeared on Hardball with Chris Matthews, the Today Show, the CBS Early Show, CNN, Fox News, and other major media. His previous books include What Every BODY Is Saying, Dangerous Personalities and The Dictionary of Body Language.
