In the summer of 1988 I got my first video camera, a Sony Video 8. This video was the first time I had ever used the camera. These first videos I hand held the camera, and back then there was not stabilization in the cameras. I did end up getting a tripod, which not only made the videos more stable, it allowed me to also take photos at the same time.
This first short clip is of BN's Northtown yard in Minneapolis and the CNW and SOO at Hoffman Ave. area in St. Paul
