Ingredients:
3-4 bok choy
1 box soft tofu
2 swai fillet
1 shallot
3 cloves of garlic
1 small ginger
2 scallions
1/6 tsp salt (over tofu)
1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp shaoxing wine
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/4 cup water / chicken stock

Fish marinate:
1/4 tsp sugar
1/6 tsp salt
1 tsp soy sauce
pinch of white pepper
1 tbsp cornstarch

3-4 棵 白菜
1 盒 滑豆腐
2 塊 魚柳
1 個 紅蔥頭
3 瓣 蒜頭
1 小塊 薑
2 棵 蔥
1/6 茶匙 鹽 (煎豆腐)
1 茶匙 生抽
1/2 茶匙 紹興酒
1 湯匙 蠔油
1/4 碗 水 / 清雞湯

魚醃料:
1/4 茶匙 糖
1/6 茶匙 鹽
1 茶匙 生抽
少許白胡椒粉
1 湯匙 粟粉
