Ladies and gentlemen, this is a prime example of why feeding a radio station via the internet is a bad idea. This is W225AP 92.9 St. Paul, Minnesota. Known on air as "Boost 92.9", its either an iheart or EMF product. Essentially its a cross between Christian Contemporary and hip hop.
They had to move this signal to St. Paul a few years ago because it was interfering with full power KKJM 92.9 St. Joseph. But I guess stepping on a licensed full power doesn't matter to EMF/Iheart because they moved it back to downtown Minneapolis and then when Air1 left, stuck this format on it.
Minneapolis is incredibly over-radioed, and Iheart and EMF are very much responsible for that with their translators.
What a waste. If you're not even going to try, shut it down and turn in the license. /rantoff
