This week I head over to Flatts Lane, this is a local Parkrun for me, but definetely one i have been putting off.. mainly due to the hill!
Might dread was short lived though, in ideal conditions, on a nice quite day, the course really delivered and the hill wasn't as bad as first feared.
I really think the lighting and quality of footage here was great. And I am a little snetimental about these hills!
