Quarantunes #19 with Raul Malo 🎶 All of Me

Hey everybody, I hope you’re all keeping well and healthy. Somehow we’ve managed to do that in our house. I’m proud of my gang for taking this seriously. Clemmie and Frankie are getting along (for the most part). Every once in a while assistance is required in helping them maintain a CDC-approved distance from each other. Besides that, all is well here.

We’re coming around to the end of this “Mellotron series” of Quarantunes. I can’t believe I’m getting to twenty! I’ve read a lot of your comments and I thank you. Let me just say that it has been a great way for me to spend this time as well. I wanted to make these last two a little more special. For these I decided to use some of the orchestral sounds in the Mellotron. It’s kind of like having my own Capitol Studios orchestra in a box. When I started these I was simply playing the rhythm with the accompaniment and singing along. Recording audio and video on the iPhone. Then I started to run that signal through...and then blah, blah, blah. And now we have this.
