Action video of China Clay Train/Boat operation centred on the English China Clay (Imerys) facility at Fowey Docks, Cornwall, UK.
Featuring the new JIA hopper wagons which Imerys started using in August 2023. Also featured is a comparison with the same operation with the old CDA wagons in 2028.
Views of a large china clay ship entering and leaving Fowey harbour. Operation moves approximately 2,500 tonnes of Clay per week and saves approximately 11,000 lorry journeys per annum.
