BEST SKI RESORT IN NEW ENGLAND | Sunday River (Maine)

4K | GoPro & Drone ... What an incredible way to bring in the New Year here at this absolute hidden gem destination in the US. I grew up in Maine and was lucky enough to ski Sunday River as a kid, but I hadn't been back since and was dying to go. It definitely did not disappoint this time around. The views are STUNNING, the skiing is so nice and refreshing, and the all-around positive vibes are off the charts. I hadn't been skiing in six years and somehow managed 0 falls on the day, so I'll call that a success! I rented equipment from the on-site ski rental shop and it was a super smooth / easy process. Customer service was great. We stayed at the AMAZING Jordan Hotel and oh my gosh I can't recommend this place enough. Once again, impeccable service. It's so gorgeous. The heated pool and hot tub situation on a freezing cold night after a long day of skiing is an out of this world experience. They had a contactless buffet included in the fare, it felt very covid-safe with their staff taking proper precaution and the food was yummy also. The room was cozy and we had a deck with a mountain view.. score!! Also major bonus, they have DVD players with a MASSIVE selection of movies to rent which really brought me back to childhood and helped aide in a nice and relaxing trip :) Shoutout to my angel / rockstar best friend Jannika Bragg for coming with and helping me capture shots for this video!
