Helena Nuwergeld sings Oom Jannie Mouers - a Karoo Kitaar Blues song about her brother in law.
In the song, she describes him buttoning up his jacket on a Monday morning to go to work only to discover that he no longer had a job. She goes on to say that Oom Jannie Mouers raised his children on six slices of bread.
Jan Mouers worked for the South African Railways until the new government closed the station. Leaving him with as Helena sings, "A handful of tears".
She is accompanied by members of her family - Siena her sister and her brother in law, Jan.
