My Burnout Update -One Year Later. The hustle of Farm and business left me so unwell I had to quit.

Ive gained a lot of perspective with my new "normal", my mental health is doing really well, emotionally I'm ok and physically I've had to make a number of changes.
I spent almost 6 months able to do the bare minimum, to slowly increasing my abilities to where we are today. Burnout doesn't sound like too big of a deal, until it's your body that shuts down due to it.
