2027划船到關島的目標，在蘇老師的規劃下已清晰明確，接著將成立『探索南島海洋文明協會』，影片記錄2025/3/15於高雄西子灣中山大學海域運動中心舉行的第三次發起人會議。

What has Taiwan, which is surrounded by the sea, experienced with the ocean? The Austronesian maritime civilization is worth exploring for us Taiwanese. Following Professor Su Dazhen's life mission, let us explore and experience the marine civilization inherited from ancient times to the present.
The goal of rowing to Guam in 2027 has been clearly defined under the planning of Teacher Su. Then the "Association for Exploring Austronesian Marine Civilizations" will be established.
