Barry/Stiles AU - The Choice (Part 5)

Barry is back home and Stiles is regretting what he said to him. Caitlin talks to Barry. Stiles watches Dean and Sam having fun and it makes him think about how happy he was with Barry. He talks to Malia about how he feels. Stiles tells Dean that he talked to Barry again before he left and he wouldn’t listen to him. He also tells Dean that they were supposed to get married. Sam reminds him that it’s never too late to fix things. Joe notices that there is something different about Barry and talks to him about it. Barry tells him that he feels like there’s a void and it’s never going away. Dean tells Stiles how his relationship with his mother ended. Barry tells a friend of his that he hasn’t accepted the fact that he has lost Stiles and she tells him that to do his job he will have to find a way. Barry is now dealing with his own enemies and he talks to Joe about how he is going to do it without Stiles. Meanwhile, Stiles is in danger and Dean saves his life while they are on a case. Sam has a talk with Stiles about how he is feeling. Stiles adoptive dad comes to see him as he is concerned about Barry’s state of mind without Stiles. Stiles tells Dean and he assures him that they are not running and that he has to go and help Barry and they will be here if he needs them. However, on the way back to Barry, Stiles is taken by Zoom and he calls Barry. Barry arrives as The Flash to save Stiles, but is hit by an attack by Zoom. Stiles reaches Barry and Barry tells him that he loves him before fading into unconsciousness. Stiles gets him to the hospital and calls Dean and Sam.
When Barry has recovered, Stiles is frustrated with him that he almost died. Barry is hurt and can’t understand what Stiles wants. Stiles tells him that he loves him. Barry tells him he wishes things were different but they’re not. Stiles decides to fight for Barry. As they are patching their relationship up, Dean calls Stiles and tells him to stay where he because it’s too dangerous. This worries Stiles who decides he needs to help his father. Barry tells him that he knows what he has to do, but his powers haven’t returned and he can’t help him if he needs it. Stiles saves Sam and Dean. Dean tells him that everything will be ok. Stiles and Barry are then reunited.
