F1 racing returned to Goodwood again with the stunning lithe Grand Prix machines of the mid-1960s. In an era when engines were limited to 1.5-litres the focus was on lightness and handling, so these Formula 1 cars positively dance around Goodwood. As the rain arrived just before the race, the drivers needed all of that nimble handling to extract some awesome performance.
