This was our second hike of New Years Day 2023. The temperature was amazingly in the upper 40s and no rain! Roundtrip this hike was 4.5 miles. If doing in the fall, winter, or spring wear waterproof boots, you will get wet and muddy. The trail going down has wooden handrails, do not take the rope down to the beach!
