This is a time lapse drive starting at the Pisgah Inn on the Blue Ridge Parkway. From the Pisgah Inn we continue north to Asheville and Mount Mitchell, the highest point east of the Mississippi River. After Mount Mitchell we continue north on the Blue Rodge Parkway to the Linn Cove Viaduct. About 20 miles north of there we dive east across North Carolina and stop in South Hill, VA, just over the border.
