Hi folks!

Alternatively, you could try to shape and mould any ground/minced beef sausage into a square shape :)

What I used: Makes 4

1 320g/11 oz Sheet of puff pastry
2 Square or Lorne sausages
4 Teaspoons tomato ketchup or brown sauce (optional)
1 Egg (beaten) with 2 tablespoons water
1 Teaspoon sesame seeds
