Repairing a Vintage Swiss Swiza 8 Alarm Clock. How to DIY Service and get an old clock running again

I don't normally do customer repair jobs these days, but every now and then somebody gets me at a weak moment and I forget how to say 'no'! 😱😜
This job is a prime example of why it's not economic to repair these types of clocks as a commercial exercise - but there's nothing stopping us doing it as a hobby and saving these beauties from being thrown out because they no longer work! Right? It is also very satisfying! 😀
