Back, shoulders, and triceps day with the squad 💪
Me and Raj started the session with shoulder presses, lateral raises, and some heavy lat pull-downs — then Alex pulled up toward the end, and the energy turned up quick 😂.
We mixed in weighted pull-ups, bench press (145 lb set in the middle), and triceps to finish strong.
Just good vibes, jokes, and that consistent grind.

• Bench Press (245 lb single)
