Today's recipe is a delicious Goan carrot pickle.Very few ingredinets,hassel free and ready in minutes.I 've made the recipe very simple.Hope you give this recipe a try
Important tips
for the mustard powder,you get this in general stores ,its used for pickles.
do not grind mustard seeds as it will make this pickle very bitter with time.
also for the clove and cinnamon,grind it in a mortar and pestle/dry grinder
