100-150 gm Potatoes
150 gm Purple Yam
100 gm small green Brinjal
100 gm sweet Potatoes
1 raw banana
150 gm Surti papadi
1 Cup fresh Tuver Dana (pigeon Peas)
10-15 garlic cloves, 1.5 cup coriander leaves, 4 tbs Peanuts 1\3 cup fresh coconut peeled,4 tbs sesame seeds
7-8 green Chillis
2 Inch ginger pieces
2-3 tsp turmeric Powder
2 tsp garam masala
2 tbs sugar
salt to taste
1 tsp carom seeds
1 cup fresh green garlic
1\2 cup finely chopped coriander leaves
1\2 hing
Oil as requires peanut oil 1.5 cups as i will use for frying
1 lemon Juice
