He's the King of the Jungle, and the smiliest member of our This Morning family, but Sam Thompson says none of it would have been possible without his ADHD. Diagnosed just a few years ago, Sam says his ADHD is his superpower and is now teaming up with ADHD UK to help positively change what it means to live with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. He joins us to tell us why he believes a diagnosis can be a blessing, alongside clinical psychologist Dr Anna Colton who will be explaining what a diagnosis could mean for you.
