black chana - 1.5 cup
baking soda - a pinch
water - 2 glass
veggies - one onion and tomato chopped,one cucumber chopped (seedless),2 to 3 tbsp grated gajar and muli, ginger julline 1/2 tbsp, one green chilli chopped (moti wali), greated beetroot - 1 tbsp, pomegranate seeds - 2 to 3 tbsp, lemon juice - 1 tbsp, fresh coriander leaves chopped
spices - 1/4 tsp red chilli powder and chat masala and black salt,a pinch of garam masala powder, 2 pinch hing,1/2 tsp of jeera, and salt to taste
vegetable oil -1 tsp
method 👇
wash black chana and soak overnight.now take chana,water,a little bit of salt and a pinch of baking soda in pressure cooker and cook for 10 to 12 whistles on high flame 🔥. now let the pressure cooker Cool down and strain extra water of chana and use strain chana water as soup (optional) now take black chana in a mixing bowl 🥣 and add all spices mix well and then make tadka heat oil in a tadka pan add hing, jeera and chopped green chilli and mix in chana and then add All the greated or chopped veggies,mix well, add lemon juice mix well.our black chana chat is ready.now take this in a serving bowl or plate garnish with greated beetroot and muli, chopped fresh coriander leaves and pomegranate seeds.enjoy this super healthy, tasty and fiber and protein Rich black chana chat😋.thanks for watching.🙏🙏
