超下饭的蒜苗花肉🐷肥而不腻,酱香浓郁,做法简单容易令零失败‼️
材料:500克五花肉,1把蒜苗、2根红辣椒、1块姜、3瓣蒜、1勺豆瓣酱、1勺蚝油、1勺老抽
1)把肉切块再切条备用
2)蒜苗、红辣椒、姜&蒜切好备用
3)热锅下少许油,加入花肉炒至油,加入辣椒姜蒜继续爆香翻炒均匀
4)加入1勺豆瓣酱,切好的蒜苗翻炒均匀再加入1勺蚝油&老抽快速翻炒均匀就可以出锅了
5)香喷喷的蒜苗花肉就做好❤️
