Ingredients:
Dough Ingredients:
Whole wheat flour: 500 g
Chickpea flour (gram flour): 5 tablespoons
Salt: 1 tablespoon
Wheat bran: 2 tablespoons
Medium egg: 1 piece
Water: 1 glass + 4 tablespoons
sauce ingredients:
Cooked split chickpeas: ½ glass
Olive oil: less than 1 bowl
Cooked meat: 1 bowl (optional)
Tomato paste: 1 tablespoon
Diluted tomato sauce: 1 bowl
Garlic: 2 cloves
Fried onions: 3 tablespoons
Salt / Turmeric / Black pepper / Red chili / Bell pepper powder / Coriander seeds: 1 teaspoon each
Boiling water: 1 glass (200ml)
filling:
chinese (asian chives) chives (or leek greens): 400 g
Cooking oil: 3 tablespoons
Salt / Coriander seeds / Black pepper / Red chili / Homemade spiced chili powder: 1 teaspoon each
Fresh chili peppers: 2 (optional)
Water: 2 liters
Salt: 1 tablespoon (for boiling water)
Cooking oil: 1 tablespoon (for boiling water)
Plain yogurt with minced garlic
Dried mint
Fresh coriander
