If you have a performance review coming up and you're wondering what to say, this video will tell you five things to talk about in your end of year evaluation. Plus I share an example of what to say at each of the five talking points, plus a Performance Review Planner you can use to prepare for your performance review.

You have to be strategic about your performance reviews, especially if you want to advance in your career. You can't sit in the meeting expecting all the conversation to be from your boss about how you're performing. You have to be proactive and prepare things to talk about.

You basically have to sell yourself in your end-of-year evaluation to give yourself the best chance of a promotion or pay rise. In order to do this, you need to carefully plan out what to say in your performance review.
