Breathe in for 4, hold your nose, tuck your chin in to create a ‘Chin Lock’, where are you feel a sensation in the back of your throat, hold the breath for 4, lift the head, release the nose, exhale slowly for 6. Repeat 10 times.
This resets the Vagus nerve as it travels down through the back of the throat.
