前回のカッピング・プロファイル検討に続き、今回は**レシピ構築〜味の最終調整**までのプロセスを記録しています。

LEAVES COFFEE ROASTERSの石井康雄氏とともに、
ashのバリスタ・石谷貴之が、ブレンドを完成させていく過程を、実時間に近い形で追いました。
