If you've done one of my Rolls classes you'll know i love half rolls and combining them :) This is one of my faves from my 'Roll with it' workshop.
You'll need to have mastered this roll to be able to do the twins combo I'll be posting next week :)

Make sure you learn it on both hands :)

You will need to work on this step by step so here's where to find each section:

Boomerang Roll from the Right Hand
0:55 - Folded Roll from left arm
1:40 - Half Roll with fingers up catch

Boomerang Roll from the Left Hand
0:10 - Folded Roll from right arm
2.55 - Half Roll with fingers up catch

TOP TIPS
For the folded roll:
Slow Down
Watch the hoop as it rolls
Concentrate on placing the hoop on the chest rather than aiming to get the hoop to roll down the arm
Make sure the receiving hand has the thumb pulled back as this really helps with the line
If the hoop isn;t going down your arm, try bringing your hand further forwards when it's in the lever position so you feel like your rolling diagonally towards yourself

For the half roll:
Don't bend at the wrist
Bring your hand higher before you release
Even higher than that :P
CATCH WITH THE FINGERS UP so you can just bring your hand back straight into the folded position.
