Characteristic

1,Advanced innovative PUR hot melt glue coating system, we adopt anilox roller, dot coating consumes only small amount of PUR glue and reach effect of coating more uniform and stronger adhesive power. According to test, consuming PUR glue 15-20g per m2 to sticking thin PVC film or HPL sheet.
2, Long life span. Traditional silicon roller generally can be used about 6 months, the cost to replace a new one is about 2000-4000USD each time, while our anilox roller can be used as long as 5-6 years if customers operate correctly.

Application:PB/MDF/HDF/Plywood/WPC/Gypsum foamed plastic board

Base board: particleboard, MDF, HDF,chipboard,plywood, high polymer plastic board , metal aluminum plate, foam board and other sheet;

laminating material:PET  high glossy film, PVC, wood grainy paper , HPL , CPL ANTI-FIRE THIN  film, acrylic, aluminum FILM and so on sheets or rolls.

Glue: PUR reactive hot melting glue.
