Exploring a Long Leaf Pine Forest on Sandy Island, an inland island located between the Waccamaw and Great Pee Dee Rivers in the low country of South Carolina. Sandy Island was formed by prehistoric sand dunes. The white that is seen on the ground looks like snow but it is actually sand. Filmed with a DJI Mavic Air 2 drone and a Sony RX10 IV camera.
